Every access to our homepage and every retrieval of a file stored on the homepage will be logged. The storage serves internal system-related and statistical purposes. The following are logged: name of the retrieved file, date and time of the retrieval, amount of data transferred, message about successful retrieval, web browser and requesting domain. Additionally, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are logged. Additional personal data will only be collected if you voluntarily provide this information during a registration.
Use and disclosure of personal data
Insofar as you have provided us with personal data, we only use these to answer your inquiries, to handle contracts concluded with you and for technical administration.
Your personal data will only be disclosed to third parties or otherwise transmitted if this is necessary for the purpose of contract execution - in particular transfer of order data to suppliers - this is required for billing purposes or you have previously consented. You have the right to revoke your consent with effect for the future at any time.
The deletion of the stored personal data takes place if you revoke your consent to the storage, if their knowledge is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose for which they were stored or if their storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons.
For what purposes and on what legal basis do we process your personal data? (Articles 13 (1) (c), (d) and 2 (f) DSGVO)
If you contact us for an offer, we store your data in our customer or supplier database, so that we can fall back on it in the case of the conclusion of the contract (Article 6 paragraph 1 f DSGVO).
If we answer only one request from you, we will save your data only for the purpose of answering your request and will not use your data for any other purpose.
We only process data that we have received from you directly in the context of the respective business transaction or in the general communication, e.g. for the conclusion and execution of contracts. The legal basis is Article 6 (1b) GDPR.
Insofar as we have obtained your consent (pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1a), we process your data for the purpose of information and advice on products and services as well as marketing.
If necessary, we process your data for the protection of legitimate interests of us or third parties in accordance with. Art. 6 para. 1f DSGVO, for example, for asserting legal claims and defense in legal disputes or for ensuring the IT operation and security.
For the fulfillment of legal requirements, we may or must, if necessary, process your data and pass them on to third parties (pursuant to Art. 6 (1c)).
We do not use your data in any way for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who gets your personal data? (Art. 13 (1) e, f DSGVO)
In principle, we do not pass personal data on to third parties, unless you have given your consent (see above) or there are legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 f DSGVO).
Furthermore, as part of the contract, your data may be received by the respective external service providers, who we have also committed to secrecy of the data by means of corresponding contractual provisions (for example, pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR).
We process your data mainly in Germany and have no intention to process the data in third countries.
How long is the data stored? (Article 13 (2) (a) GDPR)
Basically, we only store your data for as long as required by law. We store data that we process on the basis of your consent until further notice. Data that we process based on a legitimate interest, we save as long as the legitimate interest exists.
